Overview
Discover Parma from the heart of its historic center in an intimate and carefully curated location, perfect for small groups. Here, you won’t just make pasta—you’ll experience an authentic moment of Parmigiano tradition.
We’ll welcome you with Parmigiano Reggiano and a glass of local wine to break the ice, chat, and get to know the sfoglina and the other participants.
Then, guided by an Emilian sfoglina, you’ll get hands-on and prepare classic tortelli d’erbetta: from rolling the dough to preparing the filling, all the way to sealing them with your own hands. Step by step, unhurried, with practical tips and plenty of attention.
Once the tortelli are ready, we’ll sit together to enjoy them, accompanied by a typical Parmigiano dessert. It will be a simple yet flavorful moment, shared with conversation among participants.
With only a few guests, every gesture, every sfoglina’s trick, and every taste becomes part of the experience: you’ll learn, laugh, and taste Parma in a truly unique way.
